For sale is this great Vintage Small Tyrolean German Oktoberfest Alpine Hat

Very Good PREOWNED Condition - no holes

I think this is a childs hat - It fits my 9 year old son perfectly - it even has a chin strap

It does not have a size written on it

Is marked Made in Austria

If I wrap string around the inside brim of the hat and take it out it measures 21 1/2 inches long

Please compare dimensions with your childs head

It also comes with a hat pin - it is a hunters stag with a crest

It is marked with a hallmark of W.C.E. With a lion and also what I think is a V stamp

From online research, I found W.C.E. is from Birmingham.

I do not know what the crest symbolizes

I do not know when this pin was made or what it is made of.
