Written by James Shirley Hibberd, an English writer who became one of the most popular and successful gardening writers of the Victorian era.


CONDITION

In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Light fading to the spine with marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light scattered spotting to the first and last few pages with age toning to the endpapers. Embossed stamp to the title page.
