Written by Alan Plater, an English playwright and screenwriter known for his contributions to British television for some four decades. The recipient of a CBE and three BAFTAs, he collaborated with such musicians as Alex Glasgow, the Waterstons, Kenny Baker and Alan Barnes during his career.

With songs written by Alex Glasgow; with his sheet music to the rear of the work. 

A delightful play relating to British mining.


CONDITION

In the original paper wraps. Externally very smart, with just some slight general wear to the edges and the head of the spine. Inscribed to the title page by the author. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
