Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item you must do so within 30 business days. Buyer pay return shipping and 20% restocking fee may apply. We will not refund postage and shipping fees under any circumstances.
Items sold AS IS are Not Refundable.
We will not take responsibility for lost or damage items during the shipment, but we will support you with all necessary information for your insurance claim. Insurance options and tracking number (if available) will be emailed to you upon request.
Shipping
· Items are shipped 1-2businessdays after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays or emergency-related closures).
· Standard Shipping: This option is only offered to the 48 contiguous states via FEDEX®home delivery or the US Postal service®, depending upon the item.Your tracking number will be sent to your eBay®registered email address 24-48 hours after PayPal®payment has cleared. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us for information. WE CANNOT SHIP to an address that is different from the registered address, no exceptions.
· Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: There is an additional surcharge on all orders shipped to these locations, depending upon the size and weight of the item(s). In general it more cost effective to use USPS®for these locations, we will do so whenever possible.
· P.O. Boxes: We must use the US Post Office®to ship to any P.O. Box address as UPS®will not deliver to a P.O. Box. As such, some items sold may not be available to ship to a P.O. Box Address.
· International We ship only via Ebay Global shipping program, no exceptions.
